Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 125 grams of oatmeal
  • 2 green apples
  • 1 green lemon


Preparation method

  1. You must peel the apples and remove the heart, then you must liquefy those apples with 1/2 liter of water.
  2. To this result you must add the oatmeal (it must be raw). In case you notice it too thick you can add a little more water, there is no problem.
  3. Now the lemon should squeeze it to said smoothie.
  4. Since you have finished squeezing it, it is recommended that you take it immediately, since after a few minutes it loses its value.
