Ginger Water Weight Loss Drink – Recipe

Ingredients

Fresh ginger is the best for making the ginger water.

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger.
  • 1glass of water
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1tsp lemon
  • Directions


Boil the water

  1. Add the freshly grated ginger in it and leave it for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the ginger water from the heat and let the ginger steep in the water for 10 minutes.
  3. Now add the 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lemon in it.
  4. Stir it well
  5. Drink the warm and tasty ginger water 2 times a day.

What’s the best time to drink this Ginger water?
To get the best results, try having it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Similarly, you can drink this fat burning water right before bed to help to keep your metabolism going even while you’re sleeping.

Also, you can drink this fat burning water before or after eating a meal.

Note:

  • If you’re a pregnant woman, then do not consume more than 1 gm of ginger per day(1/2 tsp powdered ginger or 1 tsp grated raw ginger).
